The correlations between ultrasonography and pathology of the thyroid adenoma were studied. Results The diagnostic accurate rate of follicular adenoma was 92.31%, of corpora mammillaria 33.33%, of fetal adenoma 50.00% and of acidophilic adenoma 50.00% respectively.

The patient was a female, 29 years old, with 7 tumor, ie. acidophilic adenoma of pituitary gland, parathyroid adenoma, multiple pancreatic islet cell tumor, biliteral pheochromocytoma, thyroid adenoma, as well as biliteral renal carcinoma, and neurofibroma in mediastinum.

患者女性，29岁，同时患有垂体腺瘤、甲状旁腺腺瘤、多发性胰岛细胞瘤、双侧肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤、甲状腺腺瘤、双侧肾癌及纵膈神经纤维瘤等7种10个肿瘤。
